Common questions
My purchase isn't showing. Open Settings in Dotti and tap Restore purchases. Purchases belong to your Apple ID, so they come back on any device signed in to it.
How do I cancel the Dotti Club? On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Dotti Club. You keep the Club until the end of the period you've paid for.
Can I turn the ads off? Yes: Remove ads is a single purchase, and the Club includes it. Ads only ever appear between pages, never over your board.
Where is my progress kept? On your phone. Dotti has no accounts, so deleting the app deletes your progress.
The daily reminder doesn't arrive. Check that notifications for Dotti are on in iOS Settings, then turn the reminder off and on again in Dotti's Settings.
